1) Know their feelings :
The Prophet ﷺ once said to Aisha (R.A): “I know when you are pleased with me or angry with me.” Aisha replied: “How do you know that?” He said, “When you are pleased with me, you say, by the Lord of Muhammad, ‘but when you are angry with me, then you say, by the Lord of Abraham. “Thereupon she said, “Yes (you are right), but by Allah, O Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ), I leave nothing but your name.”

2) Console her : (Romance in Islam)
Safiyah (R.A) was on a journey with the Prophet ﷺ. She was late so the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ received her while she was crying. The Prophet ﷺ wiped her tears with his own hands and tried his utmost to calm her down.

3) Lifting the morsel to her mouth :
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: If you spend an amount you will be rewarded for it, -even when you lift the morsel to your wife’s mouth.”
[Muslim 6733]
4) Kissing :
‘A’isha reported: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) used to kiss me while observing fast; and who among you can control his desire as the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) could control his desire.
The Prophet ﷺ would kiss his wife regularly. Even when he would be fasting, he ﷺ would kiss his wife.

Clarifying that Kissing when fasting is not unlawful for the one whose desire is not provoked by that.
5) Laying in the wife’s lap :
Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to lean on my lap and recite Qur’an while I was in menses.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would recline in the lap of our beloved mother Sayyidah Aisha (R.A) even in the state when she would be menstruating. The Prophet ﷺ would recite the Quran whilst reclining in his wife’s lap.

6) Do not talk about her private matters :
The Prophetﷺ described the one who discloses his wife’s affairs to others as amongst the worst of people.
[Muslim 1437]
Abu Sirma al-Khudri (Allah he pleased with him ) reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
The most important of the trusts in the sight of Allah on the Day of judgment is that a man goes to his wife and she goes to him (and the breach of this trust is) that he should divulge her secret Ibn Numair narrates this hadith with a slight change of wording.

7) Calling her by a beautiful name : (Romance in Islam)
The Prophets Muhammad ﷺ would call his wife Aisha (R.A) ‘Humaira” out of love.
Linguistically it means the little reddish one, but the scholars state that in reality it refers to someone who is so fair that due to the sun they get a reddish tan. This was the reason why the Prophet ﷺ called her Humairaa’.

8) Racing and playing with them :
Aisha (R.A) said: while she was on a journey along with the Messenger of Allah: I had a race with him (the Prophet ﷺ) and I outstripped him on my feet. When I became fleshy, (again) I had a race with him (the Prophet) and he outstripped me. He said: This is for that outstripping.

9) Eating & Drinking with them with love :
Aisha say: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ is would hand me the vessel and I would drink from it, while I was menstruating, then I would give it to him and he would look for the place where I had put my mouth and put that to his mouth.
