?BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION WITH CORRECT AQIDAH ?
? Aqidah is an action of the heart, which is you Believe and Affirm something in a Heart.
? ‘Al- Aqidah’ is what a person takes as a religion.
? It is said, ‘He has a good Aqidah’ Meaning, ‘Protected from doubts’.
✨ THE MEANING OF AQIDAH IN SHARIAH :
? “It is to believe in ALLAH, His angels, His Books, the meeting with Him on the Last Day, His Messengers, and the Day of Resurrection.”
? ALLAH has commanded us to believe in, as mentioned in the aayah:
? “The Messenger believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, and (so do) the believers. Each one believes in ALLAH, His Angels, His Books and His Messengers. They say, ‘We make no distinction between one and another of His Messengers’ – and they say, ‘We hear, and we obey. (We seek) Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the return (of all).’”
[Al-Quran – Al-Baqarah 2:285]
? These are called pillars of Eeman (Faith)
?The shariah is divides into two parts : Beliefs and Action.
✨Beliefs are issues, which are not related to how an act is formed, like in the Rububiyah (Lordship) Of ALLAH, The Obligation to worship Him (alone). And the belief in the rest of the afore mentioned pillars of Eeman. These are called Asliyah – The Basic Foundation.
✨Actions are issues related to how actions are performed like salaat (Prayer), Zakaat (Charity) and Sawm (Fasting) and other rulings with regards to Action. These are termed as Far’eyyah – The Branches, because their soundness or corruption based upon the beliefs.
?Thus, The Correct Aqidah (Belief) is the foundation upon which the religion is based and with it, the actions are set aright,
? As the most High , said:
? ” So whoever hopes for the meeting with their Lord, let them do good deeds and associate none in the worship of their Lord.”
[Al-Quran – Surah Al-Kahf 18:110 ]
? “So worship Allah (alone), being sincerely devoted to Him. Surely the religion is for Allah only.”
[Al-Quran – Surah Az Zumar 39:2-3]
?It was the main concern of the messengers (alaihimus-salam) to rectify the belief first and thus, the first thing, they called their nations to, was the sole worship of ALLAH and abandonment of worship to anything other than Him.
? As He The Most High, says:
? We surely sent a messenger to every ummah (community nation), saying, “Worship ALLAH and Avoid taghut (shun false gods).”
[AL-Quran – Surah An-Nahl 16:36]
?The Messenger (ﷺ) of ALLAH stayed in Mecca for thirteen years (after He was bestowed with) Prophethood, Calling People to Tawheed, and Rectifying their Aqidah,
? Beacause it is the foundation upon which the entire structure of Deen stands.
✨The Duaat (Callers to the religion of ALLAH) and those who seek to guide others in every age have followed the example of The Messengers and The Prophets, who initiated their call with Tawheed and Correction of Aqidah and subsequently, they would focus upon the remaining commandments of the Deen (religion).
? My Dear Brothers and Sisters A STRONG FOUNDATION WITH CORRECT AQIDAH (Belief) Cannot be established except proof from the Shariah.
? There Is No Room In It For Opinions And Speculation .
? Therefore, its sources are restricted to which is mentioned in the BOOK and THE SUNNAH and that which is neither established in The Book Of ALLAH , Nor in the Sunnah of His Messenger (ﷺ) is to be disowned and rejected.
